Program description
No Longer Bound sends text messages to homeowners and real estate professionals regarding residential property, including offers to purchase, follow-up on properties you have asked us about, and transaction updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting your phone number through a form on our website and checking the consent box, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and permission verbally or in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer from us.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again later. You can also call us at (972) 345-0222 and ask to be removed.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions outside our control.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
